Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities for various categories.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, conditions, and pricing.
- Manage the entire tender process, from drafting RFQs/RFPs to bid evaluation and supplier selection.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and relevant legal regulations.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, including geopolitical, economic, and operational factors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Operations, Legal) to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Procurement Sourcing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
