Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchase order creation, and supplier management.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes and cost savings.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate bids, and perform vendor selection.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance, quality, and delivery against established KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, finance, legal) to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
