Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for various categories of goods and services.
- Conduct market research, identify potential suppliers, and manage vendor relationships.
- Lead complex contract negotiations to secure advantageous terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
- Analyze spend data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed-upon KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and address performance issues.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, finance, operations) to understand requirements and facilitate effective procurement processes.
- Manage purchase orders, requisitions, and inventory levels to optimize working capital.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, economic, and operational factors.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
