Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the resolution of invoicing and payment discrepancies by collaborating with finance and supplier teams.
- Prepare various procurement reports, including spend analysis, savings tracking, and supplier performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, engineering) to understand their material and service needs.

Required Skills
