Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in vendor selection, negotiation processes, and contract management.
- Track the status of orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues to ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Reconcile invoices, verify pricing, and resolve discrepancies with vendors and finance department.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports, analyses, and presentations to aid strategic decision-making.
- Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal departments and external suppliers.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (1.5+ years) in procurement, supply chain, or administrative support roles.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
