In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the next generation of our digital products, from initial concept through to successful launch and iteration. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and has a proven track record of delivering exceptional design solutions.

As a Product Designer at Career.zycto, you won’t just be pushing pixels; you’ll be a strategic partner, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and validate designs with real users. Your day-to-day will involve conducting thorough user research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and translating these insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. You’ll champion usability and accessibility, ensuring our products are not only beautiful but also intuitive and inclusive for all users.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our design system, establishing best practices and maintaining consistency across our growing product suite. You will advocate for the user at every turn, bringing their voice into discussions and decisions, and continuously seeking ways to improve their experience. If you are excited by the challenge of solving complex problems through elegant design, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are ready to make a significant impact on innovative products, we encourage you to apply.

  • Develop and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reusability across all products.
  • Present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered principles and best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design practices.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning within the design team.
