As a Product Designer at Career.zycto, you’ll engage in the full spectrum of the design process. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Translate abstract concepts into tangible user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that lead to intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Design and iterate on high-fidelity user interfaces across various platforms, ensuring visual consistency and strict adherence to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, Marketing Specialists, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and proposed solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders, effectively gathering feedback and integrating it.
- Contribute to and maintain our evolving design system, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and consistency in design execution across all products.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, design tools, methodologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, interaction design, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- A strong online portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, demonstrating a clear understanding of user-centered design principles and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrable experience with the full product design lifecycle, from initial user research and conceptualization to final implementation and post-launch iteration.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform design improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand technical constraints and possibilities.
- Familiarity with design systems methodology, including creation, maintenance, and governance.
- Experience with conducting remote user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Prior experience working in the software as a service (SaaS) industry or with complex enterprise applications.
