Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launch activities, ensuring all departments are aligned and deliverables are met on schedule.
- Manage and maintain accurate product data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
- Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and other product-related documentation efficiently.
- Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to discuss product status, address issues, and define next steps.
- Monitor product lifecycles, identifying opportunities for optimization, phase-out, or end-of-life planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.
- Support the creation and revision of product specifications, technical manuals, and training materials.
- Act as a central point of contact for product-related inquiries from various internal and external departments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
