Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Lifecycle Coordinator with a flexible schedule to join our innovative team in Taman Jurong, Singapore. As a Product Lifecycle Coordinator, you will be the linchpin in managing critical product data, documentation, and processes. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating new product introductions (NPI), managing engineering change orders (ECOs), and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product launch activities, ensuring all departments are aligned and deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Manage and maintain accurate product data within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), deviations, and other product-related documentation efficiently.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to discuss product status, address issues, and define next steps.
  • Monitor product lifecycles, identifying opportunities for optimization, phase-out, or end-of-life planning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.
  • Support the creation and revision of product specifications, technical manuals, and training materials.
  • Act as a central point of contact for product-related inquiries from various internal and external departments.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software systems.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, technology, or consumer electronics industry.
