Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and innovative solutions.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value, managing a robust product backlog.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor product performance using key metrics, gather insights, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for your product domain, communicating product updates, value propositions, and strategic direction to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or a related B2B software domain.
- Proven ability to define and deliver successful products with measurable impact.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and detailed product specifications.
- Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing.
Preferred Qualifications
