Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demand.
- Collaborate closely with Agile development teams (developers, designers, QA) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization (sales, marketing, support, leadership) to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and future iterations.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
