As a Production Assistant, you will be a crucial part of our operational success, responsible for supporting various stages of the assembly process, ensuring that products are manufactured, packed, and prepared for distribution according to stringent company standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with machine operators, quality control personnel, and production supervisors to optimize workflow, identify potential bottlenecks, and contribute to a seamless production cycle. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and operation of assembly line machinery and equipment.
- Monitor product quality at various stages of the production process, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently, such as packaging, labeling, and sorting products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to hygiene and sanitation protocols (HACCP, GMP).
- Load and unload materials and finished products onto/from the assembly line.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and schedules.
- Report equipment malfunctions or production issues promptly to supervisors.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material handling and stock rotation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Required Skills
