Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production schedules and progress, identifying potential delays or issues.
- Update and maintain accurate data within ERP and other production planning systems.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and production activities.
- Assist in the creation and release of production orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide administrative and operational support to production managers and supervisors.
- Manage inventory levels for critical components and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies related to production counts, material availability, and shipping schedules.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a production control, planning, or supply chain support role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
