Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior production staff with various tasks on the production line, including loading, unloading, and packaging materials and finished products.
- Operate basic production equipment and machinery under supervision, following established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards and specifications, reporting any deviations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all housekeeping and 5S principles.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Transport materials and products manually or using hand carts, ensuring efficient flow throughout the production facility.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
