Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Assist senior operators in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting equipment as needed.
- Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Load and unload materials and products from machines and conveyors.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
