Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the production process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  • Implement and champion lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, waste reduction, and productivity.
  • Monitor production schedules, manage material flow, and allocate resources effectively to optimize output.
