Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production operators, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Oversee daily production schedules, ensuring targets are met efficiently and on time.
- Monitor product quality and enforce strict adherence to quality control standards and procedures.
- Implement and promote robust health and safety protocols, conducting regular safety checks and training.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Prepare daily production reports, analyze performance data, and provide feedback to management.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, including coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
