Career.zycto is seeking a highly professional, reliable, and experienced Driver to provide exceptional personal and corporate transportation services in Huye, Southern Province, Rwanda. As a Driver for Career.zycto, you will be responsible for transporting executives, staff, clients, and occasionally important materials, ensuring timely, safe, and comfortable journeys across Huye and its surrounding areas. Your daily duties will encompass conducting thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintaining the pristine cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, and strictly adhering to all Rwandan traffic laws and internal company transportation policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives, clients, and staff to their destinations in and around Huye.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or damage promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and excellent condition of the assigned company vehicle, both interior and exterior.
- Adhere strictly to all Rwandan traffic laws, road safety regulations, and internal company driving policies.
- Plan optimal routes considering real-time traffic conditions and time constraints, utilizing GPS/navigation systems.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure for all scheduled appointments and pick-ups.
- Handle luggage, packages, and sensitive documents with utmost care and discretion.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding passenger discussions, itineraries, and company affairs.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and trip logs.
- Provide a comfortable, safe, and professional experience for all passengers at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Rwandan driving license (Category B or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional driving experience (personal or corporate)
- Impeccable driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents
- Excellent knowledge of Huye city and Southern Province road networks
- Strong understanding of traffic laws, road signs, and safety regulations in Rwanda
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications for route planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous demeanor
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, reliability, and discretion
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels)
- Fluency in English and Kinyarwanda
