Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe damage.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Repair or replace damaged plumbing parts, fixtures, and appliances.
- Install and service water heaters, boilers, and other water-heating systems.
- Interpret blueprints and building specifications to ensure proper installation and adherence to codes.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clearly explaining issues and solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours spent on each job.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a professional plumber (minimum 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
