Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and rigorously manage comprehensive program budgets, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational objectives, strategic priorities, and established financial policies.
- Conduct thorough and intricate financial analysis, including variance analysis and predictive forecasting, to proactively identify potential financial risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Continuously monitor program expenditures against approved budgets, preparing detailed, actionable reports and presenting clear, concise findings to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely and strategically with program managers to refine budget proposals, meticulously track spending, and provide expert recommendations for optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, compelling budget narratives, and impactful presentations for both internal executive leadership and external audiences.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive and relevant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or program financial management support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, accurate forecasting, and in-depth variance analysis techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including complex pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial functions, and data validation).
- Strong foundational understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and comprehensive financial reporting standards.
