Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate various project activities, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all tasks are executed on schedule.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and facilitate effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and action item lists.
- Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and assist in identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines.
- Schedule and facilitate team meetings, ensuring agendas are set, materials are prepared, and follow-up actions are clearly communicated.
- Assist with basic budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and resource allocation to support project financial oversight.
- Conduct research and compile data to support project planning, analysis, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain project files and databases, ensuring all project-related information is accurately organized and easily accessible.
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and general office duties.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project management methodologies, and relevant industry standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
