Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, including tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and progress updates.
- Communicate project status effectively to all stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation across various project tasks.
- Act as a point of contact for all project-related inquiries.
- Implement and manage the project change control process.
- Monitor and report on project health, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in creating and managing project schedules and budgets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data management practices.
