Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of assigned engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation matrices.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Oversee technical design reviews, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and facilitate problem-solving.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in project engineering or project management roles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Primavera P6).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) is a significant advantage.
