Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, logs, and status updates.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to relevant stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports for various audiences, including senior management.
- Ensure project activities adhere to established methodologies, standards, and quality gates.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Support the onboarding of new project team members and assist with training coordination.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or CAPM certification in progress or completed.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience with financial tracking and budget management.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
