Job Description
Miovision is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to join our dynamic and expanding team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from your home office while contributing to impactful projects that shape the future of urban mobility. As a Project Management Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and cross-functional teams, ensuring the smooth execution and successful delivery of various initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, managing schedules, and facilitating effective communication across all project stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and closing projects, adhering to established methodologies and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk logs, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential delays or issues and proactively communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Manage project change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed.
- Support the creation of project budgets and track expenditures, ensuring projects remain within financial constraints.
- Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all critical information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other deliverables for internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools within the organization.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in the technology or smart city solutions industry.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP in progress).
