Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex projects from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary.
