Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of complex aerospace projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established baselines.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Ensure project activities comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and tools.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within the aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • Strong understanding of project financials, budget management, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving acumen and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving complex issues.
