Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex aerospace projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established baselines.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor project progress and performance, preparing regular reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Ensure project activities comply with company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and tools.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve project objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within the aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong understanding of project financials, budget management, and cost control.
