Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Project Reporting Aide to join our dynamic team in Eglinton West, Toronto. This full-time role offers flexible hours, allowing for a work-life balance while contributing significantly to our ongoing projects. As a Project Reporting Aide, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution and monitoring of our construction and development initiatives. You will be responsible for collecting, compiling, and analyzing project data, preparing comprehensive reports, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Your work will directly support Project Managers and senior leadership by providing critical insights into project progress, resource allocation, and potential risks. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and organize project data from various sources, including site reports, schedules, and financial records.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc project status reports, progress updates, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist Project Managers in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, ensuring proper version control and accessibility.
  • Identify discrepancies or issues in project data and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting templates and data collection processes.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence related to reporting.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
