You will act as a central hub for project information, meticulously monitoring progress against established timelines, maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation, and facilitating clear, concise communication among team members, clients, and other relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Meticulously monitor and track project progress against established timelines, milestones, and budgets using designated software.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, reports, risk logs, and resource allocations.
  • Prepare and disseminate regular project status reports, summaries, and presentations to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support the team in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, including calendar management, expense reporting, and communication drafting.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication channels between project team members, external vendors, and clients.
  • Support the onboarding of new project team members by providing access to relevant project information and tools.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a proven track record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
