Trico Homes is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Project Tracking Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Coventry Hills, Calgary. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth progression of our residential construction projects by meticulously tracking key milestones, deadlines, and resources. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project tracking sheets, databases, and dashboards for all active residential construction projects.
- Monitor project progress against established timelines, milestones, and budgets, identifying any deviations or potential risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and trade partners to collect and verify project status updates and data.
- Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, summaries, and presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and information flow between various departments (e.g., Sales, Design, Construction, Procurement) to ensure project alignment.
- Assist in the scheduling and coordination of project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
- Administer document control procedures, ensuring all project documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Identify and proactively flag potential issues or delays to project leadership, recommending mitigation strategies.
- Support the project team with various administrative tasks as required to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
