Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Prepare and organize promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, and merchandise.
- Represent the company positively at events, interacting with the public and potential clients.
- Manage inventory of promotional items and ensure timely distribution.
- Support social media initiatives by scheduling posts and engaging with online communities under supervision.
- Gather feedback from event attendees and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Perform administrative duties to support the marketing team.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of promotional databases.
- Coordinate logistics for various events, including venue setup and breakdown.
