Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties in guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, dining areas, and reception spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas, including staff rooms, offices, and storage areas.
- Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public restrooms as needed.
- Empty waste bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet extractors.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment.
- Assist with laundry duties and linen management when required.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, following daily checklists.
