Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine general maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to tenant maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, water heaters).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops, storage areas, and work sites.
- Ensure proper inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, reporting needs for replenishment.
- Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as waste removal, landscaping, and general upkeep of outdoor common areas.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent, accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with property managers, other maintenance staff, and external contractors.
Required Skills
