Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled technicians with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Perform general groundskeeping duties such as sweeping, litter removal, snow clearing, and basic landscaping.
- Help with painting, drywall patching, and other aesthetic upkeep projects.
- Support property turnover activities, including cleaning units, removing debris, and preparing spaces for new tenants.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
