Key Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled technicians with a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Perform general groundskeeping duties such as sweeping, litter removal, snow clearing, and basic landscaping.
  • Help with painting, drywall patching, and other aesthetic upkeep projects.
  • Support property turnover activities, including cleaning units, removing debris, and preparing spaces for new tenants.
  • Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
  • Conduct routine inspections of common areas and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shops, storage areas, and equipment.
  • Respond to and assist with urgent maintenance requests as directed.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
