Key Responsibilities
- Assist Property Managers with daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Help coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and tenants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant files, lease agreements, and property records.
- Assist in preparing and distributing notices, such as rent reminders and policy updates.
- Conduct preliminary property inspections and report findings to the Property Manager.
- Support the leasing process by scheduling viewings, preparing application forms, and verifying documentation.
- Contribute to fostering a positive community environment for all residents and tenants.
- Ensure compliance with all local housing regulations and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of managed properties.
