A property management assistant plays a crucial supporting role in the daily operations of real estate portfolios. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Management team, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and tenants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, property files, and online databases.
- Process invoices, track payments, and assist with financial reporting under supervision.
- Support the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and managing renewals.
- Conduct property visits to monitor condition and ensure compliance with company standards.
Required Skills
