Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Property Managers with daily operational tasks and administrative duties.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction.
  • Support the leasing process, including showing units, preparing lease agreements, and processing applications.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with residents and vendors to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with property inspections, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate tenant files and property records, utilizing property management software.
  • Collect and process rental payments and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Participate in community events and initiatives to foster a positive resident experience.
  • Learn and adhere to all fair housing laws and company policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the Peachtree Corners office.
