Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates.
- Oversee financial performance, including budget preparation, rent collection, expense control, and financial reporting.
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections, identifying and addressing maintenance needs proactively.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and the local community.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar leadership role in real estate.
- Strong understanding of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and reporting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Active Arkansas Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
- CPM (Certified Property Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) designation.
- Experience with both residential and commercial property management.
