Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Provide individual and group counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs.
- Facilitate crisis intervention and provide immediate support as required.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
- Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational workshops and preventive programs.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Actively participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
Required Skills
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist (Approbation) in Germany.
- Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
