Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and provide immediate support as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
  • Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational workshops and preventive programs.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Actively participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.

Required Skills

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology (e.g., Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology).
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist (Approbation) in Germany.
  • Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathetic listening skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for record-keeping.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialization or advanced training in specific areas (e.g., trauma-informed care, addiction, child and adolescent psychology).
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare or research environment.
  • Familiarity with digital mental health tools and telehealth platforms.
  • Published research or active participation in psychological conferences and presentations.
