Career.zycto is actively seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Public Office Admin Aide to join our dedicated team in Dutse, Abuja. This pivotal full-time role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our public office. The successful candidate will be the backbone of our administrative functions, providing critical support to staff, managing office resources, and facilitating seamless communication within the office and with external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with relevant policies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including preparing meeting rooms and necessary documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and adherence to office standards.

Required Skills
