Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of PR strategies and campaigns to enhance Career.zycto’s brand visibility and reputation.
- Draft, edit, and proofread various communication materials, including press releases, media advisories, blog posts, social media content, and website copy.
- Conduct media research, identify key industry influencers, and maintain media lists.
- Support media relations by monitoring news coverage, tracking mentions, and compiling press kits.
- Help manage Career.zycto’s social media presence, scheduling posts and engaging with our online community.
- Assist with planning and coordinating virtual and in-person events, including webinars, career fairs, and networking sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, HR, operations) to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform PR efforts.
- Contribute to internal communication initiatives to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Organize and maintain PR-related assets, databases, and reporting documents.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
