Key Responsibilities
- Collect fares accurately from passengers and issue valid tickets/receipts.
- Provide clear and courteous information to passengers regarding routes, stops, and schedules.
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort by monitoring seating, standing areas, and luggage.
- Assist passengers with disabilities, elderly passengers, and those with young children as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the bus cabin during shifts.
- Communicate effectively with bus drivers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to timetables.
- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and emergencies professionally and efficiently.
- Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or unusual incidents to the appropriate authorities.
- Adhere strictly to ZTC's policies, safety protocols, and public transport regulations.
- Manage and reconcile daily cash collections and ticket inventory.
