Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry analysts.
- Draft and edit high-quality press releases, media advisories, pitches, speeches, articles, and other communications materials.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests, preparing spokespersons with key messages and briefing documents.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and generate insightful reports.
- Support crisis communication efforts by developing swift response strategies and managing sensitive public inquiries.
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and internal communications teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Identify speaking opportunities, awards, and other external engagements to enhance company visibility and thought leadership.
- Plan and coordinate press conferences, media events, and product launches.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both German and English (C1 level or higher).
- Demonstrable track record of successful media placements and relationship building.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional, digital, and social media channels.
