As a Radio Producer, Broadcast Operations, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of radio programs, from initial concept to on-air transmission. This includes ideation, script development, recording, editing, and mixing audio segments, as well as managing broadcast schedules and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with presenters, content creators, technical engineers, and marketing teams to craft compelling and engaging audio experiences that resonate with our target audience. Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality radio programs, including live shows, pre-recorded segments, interviews, and features.
- Manage broadcast schedules and program logs, ensuring timely and accurate content delivery.
- Operate studio equipment, including mixing consoles, microphones, and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
- Conduct audio editing, mixing, and mastering to meet broadcast quality standards.
- Collaborate with presenters, content creators, and technical staff to develop and execute program concepts.
- Ensure all broadcast content complies with regulatory guidelines and internal editorial policies.
- Monitor live broadcasts, identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Contribute to content ideation, research, and script development for various radio shows.
- Maintain organized archives of audio assets and program materials.
- Provide support for remote broadcasts and special events as required.
- Analyze audience feedback and ratings data to inform future programming decisions.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar.
- Strong understanding of broadcast operations and radio production workflows.
