Key Responsibilities
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks, including preparing documents and presentations.
- Manage and organize property listings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for agents with clients and property viewings.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for contracts, client records, and other essential documents.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Support in the preparation of marketing materials for properties.
- Perform data entry and update client databases with current information.
