Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online outreach.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay abreast of current property trends, prices, and competitor activities in Upper Hill and the broader Nairobi market.
- Guide clients through the entire property sales process, from initial inquiry to property viewing, offer submission, and closing.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their specific needs and providing tailored property solutions.
- Effectively showcase properties to potential buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company.
- Collaborate with legal teams, financiers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, property valuations, and market reports to clients.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a dynamic, commission-driven environment.
