Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and direct outreach within Meru and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits, effectively showcasing the unique features and benefits of Optiven’s real estate projects to prospective buyers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate sales agreements and assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, ensuring smooth and compliant transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Meru region.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to optimize sales strategies and client support.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field (e.g., insurance, automotive).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Meru real estate market and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating high levels of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
