Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and active market prospecting.
- Conduct comprehensive property market analysis to advise clients on current market conditions, prices, and suitable investment opportunities.
- Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features, benefits, and answering any inquiries.
- Guide clients through the entire property sales process, from initial consultation to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and present property proposals, offers, and sales agreements with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
- Collaborate with legal and financial partners to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices in Kenya.
- Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and report on sales activities.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field (minimum 2 years).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of multiple clients and properties.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, email, internet research).
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within Kericho County.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales & Marketing, or a related business field.
- Membership in a recognized real estate professional body in Kenya (e.g., Estate Agents Registration Board).

- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Kiswahili.
