Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and local community engagement.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions between buyers and sellers to ensure fair and mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork, including contracts, deeds, and other real estate documents, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of properties available for sale and prospective client information.
- Collaborate with legal professionals, surveyors, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, property values, and new developments in Lamu County.
