Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property valuations and market appraisals for residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client pipeline for both sales and leasing opportunities.
  • Prepare engaging property listings, including professional descriptions and high-quality photographs.
  • Organise and conduct property viewings, effectively showcasing features and benefits to prospective buyers/tenants.
  • Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients, ensuring optimal outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales and leasing process, from initial inquiry to contract completion.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, generating referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with local property market developments, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property leasing (minimum 3 years).
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Glasgow property market and local regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
