As a Real Estate Agent, you will be the face of Park Lane Properties, guiding clients through every step of the property journey, from initial inquiry to successful closing. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio for both property sales and rentals.
- Actively prospect for new listings and potential buyers/tenants through various channels.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and property valuations to advise clients effectively.
- Showcase properties to prospective buyers and tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., lawyers, notaries) to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices in Mauritius.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting client relationships.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property management.

- In-depth knowledge of the Mauritian property market, particularly the Pamplemousses District.
